Data Availability List

The IPUMS International Research Data Enclave (IRDE) inagural data consists of five full-count census microdata files:

The files include all variables available in the IPUMS sample data plus additional detail for some variables, particularly those related to location of residence, location of previous residence, and occupation.

Use the IPUMS-International variable browsing system to find documentation about available variables.

Census-level information can be found on the sample metadata page.

IPUMS gratefully acknowledges Uruguay's National Institute of Statistics for entrusing the data for the launch of the IPUMS IRDE.
