The previous place of residence to the recent one: column (18)
Write the name of the city or village where the person was resident prior to the city or village of his recent presence (the usual place of residence) the date of the section or center and governorate that this city or village depends to is filled. The mobility of the person from one administrative division to another administrative division within the one city is not considered a change in the place of residence.

The previous place of residence to the present
Record the name of the city or village that the person resides in before the name of the village or the city that he resides at present (the usual place of residence) the data of the division or center and governorate that this city or village depends is filled. The transferring of the person from one administrative division to another within the one city is not a change in the place of residence.

20. Previous place of residence (for those who changed residence)
It consists of 3 columns as follows:

Write the verbal response on the line below the 2 squares according to town / urban district (qism) / rural district (markaz) of the member's previous place of residence; the squares are left blank for coding by the Information Technology sector.

Second column: Write the verbal response on the line below the 3 squares according to the governorate (inside Egypt) or the name of the country (outside Egypt) of previous place of residence; the squares are left blank for coding by the Information Technology sector.

Third/Last column: Specify the previous place of residence in the one square provided. Mark code (1) if the place was urban or code (2) if it was rural. Do not write the verbal response.

Note: A member who moved from one urban district to another is not considered as someone who changed his/her place of residence.
