Question 7. Place of birth
In the answer to this question for persons born in Kyrgyzstan only the name of city or district where the person was born is to be recorded.
For persons born in the CIS [Commonwealth of Independent States] or non-CIS countries, the name of the country where they were born is to be recorded (e.g. Russia, Ukraine, Poland, Italy).
The enumerator is not to fill in the boxes intended for numerals after the name of the place of birth written in words.
