For the answer to this question two lines are intended.
If the replier was born in the Republic of Armenia, then on the first line made for the answer of the question he/she must write the name of the marz (region), for example Vayots Dzor,
Shirak, etc., then on the second one the name of the place he /she was born.
If the replier was born abroad, then on the first line only the name of the country is written (for example "Georgia", "Russian", "Greece", "USA" and so on and the second line is not filled in.
