Individual central heating -- should be selected if the source of the heat generation is situated in a single-family building (the furnace is installed in an own boiling house in the basement, bathroom, kitchen, or there is an electrical floor heating installed) or the source of heat is situated in the vicinity of the dwelling located in a multi-family building, e.g. the furnace is installed in the kitchen, bathroom (the so-called storey heating)
