Question 1.4 Anyone born in another Italian Municipality must indicate the current name of the Municipality where the person was born. Indicate the name of the Municipality and not that of the place (fraction, inhabited area, etc.) Anyone born abroad must indicate the current name of the foreign country where the place of birth is currently located. The foreign country of birth must be written in Latin letters and in Italian language.
