Only one response is accepted to this question in order to classify the type of heating feature, irrespective of the type of household.
Cases 1 or 2 will be answered, if the heating is provided by a permanent establishment located in a special area of building or in a municipal center, regardless of the energy source [heater, central air conditioning, heat].

"Heating" refers to the existence of autonomous system [especially in apartment buildings], each apartment can be heated as needed and be charged according to the charge brought in the central heating running costs. The houses that have central heating will respond to case 1 "Central autonomous''.
