Burkina Faso 1993 and 1998 DHS samples are excluded from DHS_IPUMSI_BF due to inconsistent boundaries and geographic units.
The Burkina Faso 1985 IPUMS-International sample is not included in DHS_IPUMSI_BF due to reorganization in geography from thirty provinces to thirteen regions.
