33.2. In question 3 "What blood or other relationship are you in with the person listed first in the household?":

- the answer "wife, husband" is to be completed for respondents in a married registered couple and also for partners in a consensual union when they have usual residence in the same household but are not registered with the civil registry offices (so called common law marriage);

- the answer "daughter, son, step-daughter, step-son" should be completed if the respondent is the daughter (blood or adopted), son (blood or adopted) or step-daughter, step-son in relation to the first person;

- the answer "non-relative" should be completed for persons being members of the household, but having neither blood nor in-law relations (e.g., nanny) with any of its members.

- If the household comprises one person, the answer "person listed first in the household" should be completed.

For each member of household (regardless of age and marital status) residing in the same household with his/her both parents or with one of them, the serial number under which the mother is recorded in column 1 of the List of household members should be entered in a designated box. If there is no mother in the household, but only the father, the number under which he is recorded in the List of household members should be entered. If there is neither mother nor father in the household, nothing should be completed.

For respondents recorded in the List of persons residing (staying) in specialized institutions, organizations, and those homeless under number 1, the answer "person listed first in the household" should be completed; for all other persons in the list the answer "non-relative" should be completed;
