BPLKH indicates the district in Cambodia in which the person was born. Districts are the second level administrative units of the country, after provinces. BPLKH is harmonized by name and does not account for boundary changes over time.

BPLKH does not account for boundary changes, but users should be aware that there might have been changes over time.
