The number of the households within dwellings (question 1) will be recorded for occupied dwellings and for marginal housing units after the registration in the chapter IV of the PL form (or of the PL forms-Annex). This number has to be the same as the order number of the last household in the dwelling. In the case of unoccupied dwellings where the PL form is not completed in Chapter I, an oblique line will be inserted in this cell.
