This question is not for farmers, nor is it for household help or V.R.P. Traveling personnel of the French National Railroad [S.N.C.F.], bus drivers, minors, etc., should indicate the station, depot, mineshaft, etc. where they normally work.

Question 15 - This question concerns all persons who have stated a profession in question 11, including public service employees, municipal employees and civil service employees. These persons should indicate the name and address of the administrative agency at which they work.
In some cases the establishment may coincide with that of their domicile; it must nevertheless be written again.
