Comparability — General
BPLTR is comparable across samples. Some provinces are combined to make the provinces consistent over time. See the labels on the codes page. The unharmonized source variables for specific sample years allow users to unmerge those provinces. BPLID codes match those used in province of residence, PROVTR.
