Dwellings Structure intended for human accommodation, stay (home) or converted into dwelling and also suitable for living at present. A group of technically (architecturally) adjoining places that is suitable for accommodation for the whole year. It has which has a separate entrance from a public place, courtyard or from a collectively used place inside the building (staircase, corridor etc.)
Households An economic unit including family members studying or working away from home as well, together forming and economic community of productive and dependent persons.
Collective dwellings Premises or premise groups providing collective accommodation and certain boarding for five or more persons, irrespective of whether there were persons living and boarding there at the reference date of the census. Among others, student hostels, infants' and children's home, workers' homes, hospitals, residential social institutions, hotels, boarding houses and campsites, holdiay houses owned by corporations and institutions, as well as prisons, etc. belong to this category.
